It's a little ironic that such a thing would happen considering the amount of time I spent contemplating whether to change my username in the first place.



I'm not one to change my username every week, but a name change was much overdue considering the name Medlin hasn't had any value in my life for over a year now.



A few people have asked me how I lost my friends list, so I guess I'll elaborate. You know those warnings you get before you perform a name change? Yeah. Well, as the system was literally in the process of changing my username the server timed out.



You know how a name change affects your journal list? Mm-hmm. Well, it basically did the same thing with my friends list as well, and in addition to my friends list and journal list being a couple of goose eggs when I was able to access this account again, I also lost all of my referral points. YAY!!!!!



C'est la vie. Honestly though, that's just a drop in the bucket compared to everything I've had going on in real life recently.



After all, "It is strongly recommended that you do not perform this action!"

Awwww. So apparently it's been over a month with no Vlad. Sorry, I just needed a second to reminisce.....



Like about that time he unsuccessfully ordered every woman in my coven (and every other coven) to be his slave. LOL



Or that time he created a fake profile in attempt to slander my name.



Perhaps it was that time he wanted me to use a strap-on on him. o.0 as if I'd trust he'd been vaccinated.



I still kind of ♥ how his hallucinating ass would repeatedly 1-rate on his multiple accounts, as though it made a difference.

Here ye, here ye! Due to an upcoming name change, I just wanted to advise anyone who may be using anything saved in my file storage to save it if they wish to keep it, or else it may be lost forever.



Ok, so why the name change? That's pretty simple actually. When I chose the username Medlin, I was engaged at the time to a guy whose last name was guess what? Yep, that's right. Anywho, I left his dumbass over a year ago, so it really shouldn't require any further explanation. I've contemplated changing my username for a while now, and I've finally decided to go through with it. The name I finally decided on is a variation of a Biblical name, but also the inspiration for some really awesome songs.



Obviously, after the name change I'm going to need a helluva lot of journal adds, so please re-add my journal or I'll block and rate you a 1. Muahaha! LOL, no I'm totally joking (only on VR are there enough morons to equate such a frivolous thing with death.)



Seriously though, I'd be appreciative if people would re-rate me and re-add my journal, and of course I'll return the favors as always.

Maybe it's just the bitch in me, but I often feel like a kid in a candy store when I go to rate new profiles and said profiles happen to be vomiting stupidity.



Tonight was no disappointment as I stumbled upon one full of threats about a Romanian family attacking people in their sleep and a bunch of other moronic shit, all collectively displayed on one profile. However, amongst all this ignorance was a line that just tickled my funny bone more than any other.....

On another note, one of my favorite (yeah, right) VR perverts has returned on yet ANOTHER account. As if it weren't obvious, spike88 is darkfear, darkfear23 and darkfear99.



He was also wolfman88 for a brief period yesterday until he self-deleted.



The stupidity of people on here honestly never ceases to amaze me. How can people function with so few brain cells?

Even after all this time, I still can't believe the things some people post in the Vamp Box. I wish they had enough common sense and dignity to not air their dirty laundry out for the entire site to see.
